How to get up when your alarm clock

I'm so not a morning person, no matter how I try to be. At night, I decided that tomorrow I'll get up early and start being productive, but when the morning comes, I think, press the snooze button. Sometimes I hit repeat as long as two hours. There is always a little voice in my head, saying: ".. Do not let a little nap before going to bed early." If I put in a warm bed in the early morning hours, the voice makes sense, and I usually listen to. Then two hours later, I am angry at me because I lost precious time. I decided to give it better, so I started looking on the Internet.

What I found was trying to use the will to get out of bed in the morning, losing battle. This could work from time to time, but basically, you will not think clearly when you wake up in the morning. Decisions you make when you're half asleep and half in the land of dreams is not a choice you make usually when you finally woke up. So what's the solution? Solution is to train you so that you no longer think. To give you a point, when you hear the alarm you automatically get out of bed. Instead of relying on your mind, to get you out of bed, let your subconscious take care of this problem.

To do this you must do it the same way, there is no skill learned and repeatable with practice. You need to get into practice as soon as you hear the signal. The goal is to practice enough, while your subconscious takes over, and always starts automatically, get out of bed. They are not in practice in the morning, but during the day, when you finally woke up. For a dark room, lying in bed, and set the alarm for a few minutes earlier. Put yourself in your favorite sleep and close your eyes. Imagine that you are actually asleep.

When the alarm goes off, try to shoot as fast as you can. Take a deep breath, stretch your legs, sit with both feet on the ground. Then perform the actions that you normally do after you wake up in the morning usually. Then go back to bed and repeat. The goal is to keep doing it until it becomes automatic and you do not have to think. With enough practice, you'll be a physiological reaction, when new sounds an alarm. Ultimately, it will be inconvenient, not to get up early when the alarm clock. The more you practice your real ritual, more entrenched it becomes.

If the point where it reached a daily habit, you should not be in practice every day. You just have to say to you, as you well for life. This is one of the most productive habits can be established. If you add just 60 minutes a day, you will be included nine weeks of 40 hours for your years, and imagine what you do with all that extra time!
